Letter from our CEO

Wingmate was founded in the Waste & Environmental industry. We originally built a Mobile App to make it easy and rewarding for Drivers to capture leads.

The goal was to empower frontline staff to drive new revenue and bridge the gap between Operations & Sales.

Over time, we noticed that the Mobile App we built for Drivers was also being used by Salespeople, Account Managers, and even Owners to capture their own leads.

Our mission grew larger:

We saw a significant void in the CRM market for teams on the go.

Traditional CRM was clunky. Lacked simplicity and mobility. Most importantly, out of touch for a Service-driven operation.

Why is it that in 2025, you can download an app on your phone and understand it in minutes, but business software is still so cumbersome?
