Utilizing our CRM, Valley was able to connect Outside Sales & Route Service Reps directly back to managers at the office for tracking and collaboration purposes. Wingmate’s own Pipeline Manager, Corletta is able to pursue and qualify new leads sent in by RSRs in real-time, and book meetings for Sales Managers on behalf of Valley Linen. For a smaller company, the combination of using a new tracking system (CRM), connecting Inside Sales Support and internal sales managers has helped Valley out-team their competition and spread the word for their services.
