Telus’ Summary & Strategy 

Telus wanted to increase the number of leads in their sales pipeline by incentivizing their technicians. Implementing Wingmate’s Lead Generator Program with a built-in rewards program for frontline technicians incentivized their entire Western district. Our strategy was to increase the frontline technicians’ involvement in the sales process and ultimately grow their lead creation base. 

Alignment across departments is critical to remain efficient and increase the effectiveness of sales tactics. Our incentive strategy within the Wingmate Frontline Lead Program rewards frontline operators for sending invaluable intel from the field, resulting in new sales revenue for a fraction of the cost.

Telus’ Results 

  • Median time from lead generation to a sale was under 5 days, with the fastest lead closing in 1.6 hrs.
  • Communication throughout the division was strengthened, techs and salespeople now work together.
