CityWest employees over 80 people in Prince Rupert, Terrace, Kitimat, and Smithers, who connect over 15,000 local residences and businesses to the world. The development team wanted to increase the number of leads in their sales pipeline by giving their employees an easy way to capture opportunities. Alignment across departments is critical in order to remain efficient and increase effectiveness of sales tactics. Our incentive strategy within the Wingmate Frontline Lead Program rewards frontline operators for sending in valuable intel from the field, resulting in new sales revenue for a fraction of the cost. Using Wingmate’s Lead Generator Program, CityWest was able to utilize their frontline staff and drive lead creation back to their sales team.
