CityWest employs over 80 people in Prince Rupert, Terrace, Kitimat, and Smithers, who connect over 15,000 local residences and businesses worldwide. The development team wanted to increase the number of leads in their sales pipeline by giving their employees an easy way to capture opportunities. Alignment across departments is critical to remain efficient and increase the effectiveness of sales tactics. Our incentive strategy within the Wingmate Frontline Lead Program rewards frontline operators for sending invaluable intel from the field, resulting in new sales revenue for a fraction of the cost.
